Versorgung und Pflege von Nagern
Betreuung und Beobachtung von Nagern
Reinigung und Desinfektion der Käfige
Mitwirkung an Tierexperimenten verschiedenster Art
Leichte Laborarbeiten
Dokumentation und Kontrolle des Tierbestandes und Zuchtabläufen
Erstellung von Tierprotokollen

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tierpfleger (m/w/d) mit Fachrichtung Forschung und Klinik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Mäusen und Ratten (Haltung und Zucht)
Erfahrung mit Blutentnahmetechniken, Injektionstechniken, Biopsieentnahmen erwünscht
Ausgeprägter Sinn für Ordnung und Einhaltung von Hygieneregeln
Freude am verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit Versuchstieren
PC-Anwenderkenntnisse und englische Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsarbeit

Your mission

Care and observation of rodents
Cleaning and disinfection of cages
Participation in animal experiments of various kinds
Easy laboratory work
Documentation and control of animal stock and breeding procedures
Preparation of animal protocols

Your profile

Completed training as an animal keeper (m/f/d) specializing in research and clinical work or comparable training
Experience in handling mice and rats (husbandry and breeding)
Experience with blood collection techniques, injection techniques, biopsy collection desired
Strong sense of order and adherence to hygiene rules
Pleasure in responsibly handling laboratory animals
Excellent German language skills
PC user skills and English language skills are a plus
Willingness to work weekends and holidays
